As a Part-Time Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our flagship product, the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through steps to resolution, utilizing previous troubleshooting skills and critical thinking
* Assist customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience
* Utilize data entry skills to navigate different types of software with speed and accuracy
* Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy a challenge, turning constructive feedback into growth opportunities
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on technical support (preferred)
* Strong communication, writing, and grammar skills
* Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing workload and managing multiple projects/tasks
* Punctuality and great attendance
