They are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support various B2B marketing functions, including campaign execution, event coordination, and content development, while providing practical training in marketing techniques. Responsibilities - Assist with planning and coordination of conferences, tradeshows, and client events - Help prepare and organize marketing materials, promotional items, and shipping logistics - Assist with registration tracking, calendar coordination, and communication with attendees - Support pre- and post-event marketing communications - Provide occasional onsite support for events (as needed) - Assist in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing and landing pages - Support the build and deployment of email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) - Assist with list management, including importing, organizing, and reviewing data for accuracy - Help test campaigns and ensure quality before launch - Learn how marketing funnels are structured and assist in supporting campaign workflows - Assist with tracking campaign performance and compiling basic reports - Assist in creating marketing content such as featured image graphics, emails, blogs, social media posts, and presentations - Support the development of sales materials including proposals, brochures, and product sheets - Assist in designing digital graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite - Learn how to translate internal information into clear, client-facing marketing content - Ensure materials align with brand standards and are proofread for accuracy - Assist in maintaining marketing calendars and project updates - Support website updates and content publishing - Assist with scheduling and posting content on social media platforms - Help organize marketing assets, files, and inventory - Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team Skills - You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field - You have basic familiarity with marketing concepts from academic background or internship experience - You are proficient in Microsoft software (e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel) and have experience interacting with Adobe PDF documents - You have the ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize projects and assignments in a fast-paced B2B corporate environment - You have strong attention to detail - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills - You communicate in both a professional and friendly manner with clients, coworkers, and others - You are eager to use new tools and learn new processes and technologies - You can adapt to changing priorities while working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - You have strong and creative problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise - You are interested in both creative and technical aspects of marketing - You have the ability to retain and implement instruction and training - You are open to learn and navigate our current processes and systems - You are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions - You demonstrate a positive attitude and kind demeanor with team members - You are courteous and polite, especially when navigating through difficult conversations, problems, or complaints that may arise - You are able to work in both a team and independent setting - You tend to foster support and dependability towards your peers while also getting your individual tasks done within specific time constraints - You are able to work during our regular business hours in our Austin office - You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule - You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time - You have experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or related role - You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Monday.com, and digital content production tools - You have knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques - You have knowledge of web content management platforms, such as WordPress - You are proficient in content creation tools and platforms, such as content management systems, graphic design software, video editing software, and social media management tools Benefits - 3 medical plans to choose from, including a 100% employer-paid option for the employee - 100% employer-paid dental and vision benefits for the employee - 401(k) with scheduled employer contribution - Employer-paid employee assistance program, as well as life and long-term disability insurance - 4 weeks of paid time off annually, which begins accruing upon hire, and 10 paid holidays - Encouraged work-life balance including a hybrid working model with WFH equipment provided following successful training - Office team events and learning development opportunities - Access to building fitness center Company Overview - Laura Vinroot Poole is fashion retail’s entrepreneurial rule-breaker.
