**Experienced Part-time Customer Service Representative – Remote Evening Shift**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of arenaflex. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling outbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner * Responding to inbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner * Effectively and professionally resolving customer concerns * Updating database in an accurate and timely manner after each call * Keeping up-to-date on campaign specifics * Meeting all targets for productivity, quality, attendance, and code of conduct * Escalating complaints and issues to supervisor when necessary * Keeping the management team informed of customer feedback * Assisting with quality monitoring and pulling calls as a peer monitor * Handling routine administrative tasks for operations, training, or quality * Responding via email or telephone to inquiries received via email or internet * Handling compliance or escalated inquiries **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months+ experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field * Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently * Ability to follow a script word for word for 6-8 hours/day * High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 download and 10 upload speeds * Ability to take or place a high volume of calls per day, with a goal of handling 30 calls/hour using an auto dialer or call flow * Ability to leave voicemails as part of the job **Work Environment:** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll need a dedicated workspace with a PC computer (no MAC, Chrome, Lenovo, etc.), a USB headset (no wireless), and a dual monitor setup to be successful in this role. **Pay and Benefits:** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
