Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update vendor records in the company database. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding vendor management. • Assist in the onboarding process of new vendors, including documentation verification. • Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify vendor information. • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of administrative, records, or office experience • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office systems • Ability to manage multiple records and documentation processes Preferred Requirements • Experience in the hospitality industry. • Familiarity with vendor management software.
