Key Responsibilities - Answering phones from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective way. - Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. - Providing customers with accurate information about arenaflex's service standards, policies, and procedures. - Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction. - Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. - Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and that all necessary steps are taken to prevent future occurrences. - Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating customer information in our CRM system, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. - Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that customers receive fair and effective solutions. - Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights that help us improve our services and customer experiences. - Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
