They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience by coordinating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters. Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews - Work with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes - Collaborate with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes - Help expand our University Program and assist with high-volume scheduling during each recruitment term - Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders - Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions, and target candidate profiles - Help to identify and improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations seamless - Be an advocate for DEI both internally and externally - Support the recruiting team with ad-hoc projects as needed Skills - 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role - 4+ years of overall work experience - Experience working with applicant tracking systems - Self-motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice - You are curious. You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile; researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business.
