**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences through phone, social media, live-chat, and email. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Addressing and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshooting App and Device issues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Documenting and updating member records based on interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Staying informed about our evolving products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers
* Managing multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently to meet customer expectations
**Work Environment and Workspace**
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, we require:
* A dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
* Adequate space to set up your workstation
* Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
* Three power connections
* No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
* Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible
**Preferred Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
* Minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM
* Strong attention to detail
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High school diploma required; college education preferred
* Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Apps and Devices
* Previous medical experience a plus
**Training**
As a new hire, you'll undergo comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:
* 100% attendance required
* Live Remote Training
* Systems and Program Training
* Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training
**After-Training Schedule**
After completing your training, you'll be scheduled to work Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift. Full and part-time hours will be available after training.
