Job Overview
In this role, you will be working as an independent contractor, providing customer support to arenaflex's tax software customers from the comfort of your own home. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, working when it's convenient for you, and enjoying the freedom of being your own boss. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with software navigation, locating prior returns and amendments, and escalating calls when necessary. You will also be working with customers via phone support with video chat capability and traditional chat support.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- USB headset with microphone
- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract
Important Information
We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship, and you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
