As a remote-based organization, we offer the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Job Summary** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Phone Intake, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and referral sources via phone. Your primary focus will be on collecting clinical and demographic information, entering it into our CareCentrix portal, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
