**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Software Engineer in our Remote Customer Support Team, you will:
* Act as a technical lead for groups within the Revelation contract
* Ensure the quality of engineering and design of frameworks
* Break down complex issues into simple, straightforward solutions
* Develop technical guides, frame future directions, and orchestrate technological advancements
* Analyze and improve data quality and metrics
* Completely and figure out framework interdependencies and constraints
* Use internal and industry data to make informed design decisions
* Apply technical influence over 50+ colleagues, increasing their efficiency and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience. Coach on cutting-edge technical matters for professional development
**Essential and Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 4+ years of experience building large-scale mobile frameworks
* Strong foundation with hands-on experience as a Senior Software Engineer
* Solid knowledge of distributed systems
* Capability in datastores (SQL, NoSQL) and ability to choose the right technology based on requirements
* Solid knowledge of data designs, calculations, and planning for execution
* Brilliant critical thinking skills
* Ability to provide technical guidance across backend, frontend, and ML technologies
* Thrive in a highly creative and fast-paced environment, achieving stretch objectives
* Sound business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others, and strong analytical reasoning skills
* Broad experience of mentoring junior engineers to progress
* Pioneering spirit and ability to have fun!
**Favored Instruction and Experience**
* Tech/B.E/Bosses or a similar degree from a reputable school. At least 13 years of professional experience as a backend/full stack engineer with hands-on experience on building highly scalable and performant distributed systems
* Any experience with ML, data science, or search in B2C (e-commerce, OTT) is a plus
