The Renewals Specialist role involves managing mid-market customer accounts, ensuring high retention rates, and upselling products and services to enhance customer relationships. Responsibilities - Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure that they are successfully using Netskope - Develop an overall account retention strategy leading to a 90+% renewal rate in the assigned territory/accounts - Up-sell Netskope products and services to existing customers - Overachieve on renewal revenue targets through comprehensive account management - Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy - Pricing and contract negotiation expertise - Working with channel partners to maintain customer relationships and complete renewals prior to the expiration date - Extensive coordination with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams Skills - 1 + years of experience carrying an individual revenue quota in technology sales - Business-to-business quota carrying sales experience from another industry that wants to move into technology sales (sorry selling to consumers and individuals doesn't count) - 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company in Silicon Valley that is hungry for a chance to move into a revenue closing role - Bachelor Degree preferred Benefits - Participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) - Stock award program - Comprehensive health plan Company Overview - Netskope is an IT firm that specializes in real-time security, stopping threats, protecting data, and network management services.
