As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR and Payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering exceptional employee experiences. You will work closely with our Business and Technology Partners to drive innovation and efficiency in our HR systems. **Responsibilities** * Generate comprehensive reports summarizing business, financial, or financial data for evaluation by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders * Participate in Enterprise projects, providing data insights and analytics strategies to inform business decisions * Resolve escalated issues by investigating discrepancies in Employee records and collaborating with Stakeholders to resolve issues * Ensure data integrity by accurately interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership * Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure system capabilities and reporting meet expectations * Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives * Conduct analysis and select solutions to business problems * May perform other job-related duties as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, document management, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office processes and terminology * Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination strategies and tactics, including alternative methods to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media * Knowledge of concepts and processes for employee recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and employee data systems * Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or procedures to problems * Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing associated data to develop and evaluate alternatives and implement solutions * Skilled in understanding how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and environments will affect outcomes * Ability to combine elements of data to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among unrelated events) * Ability to communicate data and ideas in speech so others will understand * Ability to identify when something is incorrect or is likely to go wrong, which does not involve fixing the problem, but only spotting there is a problem **Education** * Required: High School Diploma or GED **Experience** * Required: Advanced-level experience, professional and specialized expertise in: + Functional experience and support of HR and/or Payroll systems * Preferred: Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting * Preferred: Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role but not required **Pay & Benefits** * Competitive market salary from $97,750 per year to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience * For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and provided at the discretion of the company **Benefits you'll love:** * Fly for free, as a privilege, on any open seat on all arenaflex flights (your eligible dependents too) * Up to a 9.3% 401(k) Company match, dollar for dollar, of your eligible pay, per paycheck * Potential for annual Profit Sharing contribution towards retirement - while arenaflex profits, you profit **Why join arenaflex?** * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for growth and development * Competitive salary and benefits package * Fly for free on arenaflex flights * Up to a 9.3% 401(k) Company match * Potential for annual Profit Sharing contribution towards retirement **How to apply** If you're a motivated and experienced HR Technology Analyst looking for a new challenge, please apply to this role through our website.
