InDesign Specialist - DotYeti
We're seeking a highly skilled InDesign Specialist to join our team and lead the creation of structured, high-quality long-form and marketing layouts. This role is heavily focused on Adobe InDesign and requires strong expertise in layout systems, typography, and multi-page document design.
You'll be responsible for producing polished, enterprise-level marketing collateral and long-form documents that reflect strong hierarchy, readability, and brand consistency.
What you'll do:
- Advanced Long-Form Layout Design: Lead the creation of enterprise marketing collateral, white papers, pitch decks, case studies, eBooks, long-form documents, and multi-page editorial layouts.
- Typography & Hierarchy Mastery: Apply advanced typography principles, grid systems, spacing discipline, and visual hierarchy to ensure clarity, readability, and professional structure.
- Enterprise Marketing Collateral: Develop high-level business materials, including annual reports, investor decks, brand books, sales materials, and corporate documentation.
- Template & System Creation: Build scalable InDesign templates and layout systems for recurring campaigns and marketing initiatives to improve creative efficiency.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all layouts align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple pages and document types.
- File Preparation & Optimization: Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper formatting, packaging, preflight checks, and export settings.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe InDesign at an expert level, along with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools when necessary to support layout production.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has advanced, proven expertise in Adobe InDesign
- Strong portfolio showcasing white papers, reports, long-form layouts, presentations, and enterprise marketing materials
- Demonstrates mastery of typography, grid systems, and structured document design
- Strong understanding of print and digital file preparation
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent formatting discipline
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Experience designing enterprise or corporate marketing collateral
- Experience building reusable templates and layout systems
