**Job Summary**
As a Senior Learning Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced analytics and business insights to support the success of our internal training department. You will work closely with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements that drive business decisions, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of data tools and technologies, including Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL. **Responsibilities**
* Apply expertise and customer needs assessment to create solutions that meet business requirements
* Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
* Apply advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that support data and visualization requests
* Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data
* Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
* Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
* Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements that drive business decisions and convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
* Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
* Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
* Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies
* May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Ability to apply advanced tools to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh options to advocate solutions
* Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals
* Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects
* Understanding of Company policies (e.g.: Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture
* Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment
* Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
* Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions
* Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
* Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences
**Education**
* Required: High School Diploma or GED
**Experience**
* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in:
+ Acquiring data using various tools, including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets.
+ Visualization and presentation experience
* Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
* Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
