You will work under the direct supervision of the Customer Resource Supervisor in a Customer Resource Center, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that service issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner. * Effectively respond to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues. * Enter service data into computer systems, logging information about customer service interactions and updating information in a timely and accurate manner. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent, including participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Work collaboratively with the Customer Resource Supervisor and other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues. **Qualifications** * 1 year recent customer service or call center experience * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment * Experience working in a remote call center environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment **Work Environment and Culture** As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will work from home, enjoying a flexible and comfortable work environment. arenaflex provides the necessary equipment and technology to support your work, and you will be required to have a hard-wired internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
