**Key Responsibilities**

* Interacting with outside sales representatives to provide support and assistance to customers
* Maintaining accurate records and updating customer databases as necessary
* Providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers in placing orders by providing product knowledge and recommendations
* Understanding and learning arenaflex's internal processes and procedures
* Receiving and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Processing online quotations and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Assisting in the creation of driver route sheets and other administrative tasks as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ability to type 50 WPM or higher
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
