**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities across various business lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models and processes to drive business growth and profitability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through process improvements and data-driven insights
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management
* Experience with data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel, and Tableau
* Experience with business intelligence tools, including Sigma and Looker
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and QlikView
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Azure
* Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Experience with project management tools, including Asana and Trello
