We're committed to creating a work environment that's collaborative, supportive, and empowering, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer * Scheduling Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their options and needs * Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client * Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients * Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments * Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs * Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits * Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ambition, motivation, and a drive to succeed * Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take calculated risks * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field * Knowledge of the supplemental benefits industry * Familiarity with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms * Certification in a relevant field, such as insurance or benefits administration **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
