With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development, we strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and success. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service/Sales Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers, assessing their needs, and providing assistance with product selection and sales * Developing a deep understanding of department and product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell products to customers * Maintaining a clean, shoppable, and safe store environment, including in-stock condition of assigned areas * Collaborating with Department Supervisors and other associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service * Working safely and following all safety policies and standards to ensure a safe working and shopping environment **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and qualify customers, providing personalized service and recommendations to meet their needs * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of department and product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell products to customers * Maintain a clean, shoppable, and safe store environment, including in-stock condition of assigned areas * Collaborate with Department Supervisors and other associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service * Work safely and follow all safety policies and standards to ensure a safe working and shopping environment * Participate in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales and customer engagement * Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including Pro Accounts and repeat customers * Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges * Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or building materials environment * High school diploma or equivalent required;
