WooCommerce B2B Cabinet Website – Quote-Based Ordering + Contractor Pricing

We are a cabinet supply business building a WordPress + WooCommerce site that is NOT a standard cart/checkout store. This is a B2B + retail hybrid with quote-first ordering and contractor pricing. Core requirements: • WooCommerce used as a product catalog (SEO-friendly SKU pages + filters) • “Add to Quote” replaces “Add to Cart” for most products • Contractor accounts with application + manual approval • Role-based pricing visibility (public vs contractor) • Pricing logic must NOT be publicly visible or indexable • Multi-step “Design Your Kitchen” intake wizard – conditional logic – file uploads (photos, sketches, plans) • Quotes submitted for manual review (human pricing control) • Mobile-first UX Technical expectations: • Strong WooCommerce experience beyond default checkout flows • Experience with Request-a-Quote systems • Experience with role-based / wholesale pricing • Experience with Gravity Forms or equivalent conditional form logic • Comfortable recommending plugin vs custom solutions (and explaining tradeoffs) • Staging-first development with milestones Nice to have: • Meta/Facebook Pixel + catalog events (ViewContent, AddToQuote, Lead) • ACF experience for structured product data • B2B or wholesale WooCommerce examples When applying, please answer: 1) Have you built quote-first WooCommerce systems before?
