**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, and completing the necessary paperwork. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**

* Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
