**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Assess customers' needs and provide accurate, informative, and empathetic responses to resolve their issues
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
* Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
