ABOUT RED HOSPITALITY & LEISURE
RED Hospitality & Leisure (Experience RED) is a multi-vertical marine and hospitality operator headquartered in the U.S. Virgin Islands. We run charter operations, ferry services, transportation, destination management (DMC), and concession services across St. Thomas and St. John in partnership with properties including the Westin St. John, Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas, Frenchman's Reef, and Hampton by Hilton.
Our fleet spans offshore catamarans, high-speed ferries, center consoles, and personal watercraft — operating across two islands and multiple partner destinations year-round. We are a fast-moving, operationally intensive company and we build careers for people who thrive in dynamic marine environments.

You will rotate between deployment locations — St. Thomas USVI, St. John USVI, Turks & Caicos, and Key West, FL — on a structured 10-days-on / 5-days-off schedule. Travel, accommodations, and per diem are provided while on deployment.
