We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage our end-to-end digital marketing and content marketing activities. This role is focused on strategy, execution, and performance, not design — we already have in-house web designers and graphic designers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Own and manage content marketing across website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media
Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and keyword strategies
Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Oversee social media marketing (content planning, scheduling, performance tracking)
Coordinate with internal web and graphic designers to deliver marketing assets
Manage email marketing campaigns and automation
Track performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights
Optimize campaigns based on data, ROI, and conversion metrics
What You Will NOT Do
No web design work
No graphic design work
(Design and UI/UX are handled by our internal team — your focus is strategy and marketing execution.)
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong expertise in content marketing and SEO
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms
Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Ability to plan campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and reporting skills
