**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Positively interacting with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering any inquiries
* Conducting sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program
* Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities
* Conducting student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews
* Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels
* Supporting center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching
* Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra 2+
* Prior working experience in customer service
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task efficiently
* Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, detail-oriented, and reliability
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience teaching or working with students
* Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
