**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis (19 hours per week, Monday to Friday). This role offers the flexibility to work from home, be office-based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Providing patient-friendly first-line assistance to customers via phone, live chat, and email
* Upskilling to support other operational areas with various customer queries
* Participating in an in-depth induction and training programme to ensure technical expertise
* Working within a busy and challenging role, requiring patience, consistency, and resilience
**What We Look For In You**
* Previous experience providing customer service via phone is essential
* Experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
* Empathy, professionalism, high levels of resilience, and patience are required to support customers when their pet is injured or unwell
* Organized, motivated, and able to work independently with good attention to detail
* Ability to work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection
