**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and technology
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Experience working with customers in a retail or sales environment
