**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners
* Fielding daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products
* Logging and documenting participant conversations/issues
* Providing real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
**What's Required (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous open enrollment experience, preferably in a healthcare-related service
* Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
* Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans
* Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
