As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, answering inbound customer calls, and providing personalized support to our customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your role will be crucial in building trust, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. With a high-paced call volume, you'll need to be agile, adaptable, and able to think on your feet.

* You'll be handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and your ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

* You'll be answering incoming calls, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data with ease and efficiency.

**Compensation**
* Starting rate: $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.
* Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members, recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication.

**System Requirements**
To ensure a seamless experience for our customers, we require our Work at Home Team Members to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
* A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
* A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
* A high-speed internet connection, with satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted.
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday, for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
