Responsibilities
• Develop engaging email content, including newsletters, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring technical accuracy and best practices
• Implement audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to support customer lifecycle marketing
• Manage email lists, subscriber hygiene, and flow execution
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement to maintain strong email performance
• Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, revenue) and continuously optimize campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to improve results
• Write clear, engaging, on-brand email copy
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required)
• A solid understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability fundamentals
• Strong writing skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and conversion
• Basic to intermediate design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable balancing creative work with technical execution
• Experience with e-commerce or lifestyle brands is a plus
