We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable Data Quality Specialist to support our client data workflows as part of our CRM implementation process. This is a high-responsibility role that goes beyond data entry — you’ll serve as a key link between our internal team and clients, helping to ensure that unstructured data is transformed into clean, accurate, and actionable CRM records.
What You’ll Do
• Receive and review unstructured client data for consistency, duplicates, formatting issues, and anomalies
• Consolidate and validate data sets across multiple sheets and sources
• Attend client-facing meetings (scheduled in Pacific Time) to understand data requirements and project context
• Communicate client needs clearly to the data team or personally complete QA and cleanup tasks when possible
• Ensure high data quality and integrity throughout the import process
• Help summarize and communicate the changes made to client data for review and approval
• Own the data workflow end-to-end so the client-facing team can focus on strategy, not micromanagement
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in data quality, data entry, or CRM data operations
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) and experience with CRM tools
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and stay organized across multiple projects
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
Nice to Have
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Familiarity with data import and cleanup tools like Flatfile, Dromo, or OpenRefine
• Understanding of CRM data structure in a B2B context (companies, contacts, opportunities)
This is a remote, flexible-schedule position that requires availability for meetings during Pacific Time hours. We’re looking for someone who can grow into a critical team member — someone who thrives on accuracy, takes pride in making things clean and correct, and communicates clearly at every step.
