Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, design and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the product management team to ensure alignment of product offerings with brand messaging
- Design compelling brand decks for content creators and licensees that visually and strategically align with our brand values
- Utilize digital marketing techniques to enhance online presence and drive e-commerce sales
- Leverage consumer insights to develop brand plans and campaigns that resonate with our target audience
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing or a related digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of market and consumer trends
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Licensing experience or knowledge on this business will be greatly beneficial to the candidate
- Brand Strategy Development: Ability to shape and execute long-term brand strategies that align with business goals
- Campaign Planning: Skill in planning, launching, and managing brand campaigns with a focus on positioning, messaging, and multi-channel marketing
- Ecomm Expertise: Must have strong capabilities in running digital ecomm sites, from Shopify, Meta Shops, TikTok Shops, and Amazon Storefronts
- Consumer Behavior Analysis: Understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and motivations, translating insights into effective campaigns
- Market Research: Knowledge of market research techniques to assess brand performance, track competitor strategies, and identify emerging trends
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in interpreting data from syndicated sources and customer feedback to make informed brand decisions
- Creative Direction: Ability to work with creative teams to produce compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with the target audience
- Content Creation: Skilled in creating brand decks, social launches, and brand storytelling that supports brand identity and differentiation
- Trend Awareness: Awareness of emerging trends in design, culture, and technology that can enhance brand relevancy and appeal
- Storytelling: Skill in articulating the brand's mission and story in a way that resonates with both internal and external stakeholders
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present marketing plans and campaign results effectively to executives, Sales, and retail partners
- Design Ability: Must be proficient in Canva, Figma, and/or InDesign
