岗位职责 Responsibilities
1. 美国市场品牌与GTM策略
Brand Strategy & Go-To-Market
• 负责公司AI硬件产品（办公本、翻译机、录音笔等）在美国市场的品牌建设与上市策略制定。
• Lead brand development and go-to-market strategy for AI hardware products in the U.S. market.
• 统筹产品上市全流程，包括产品定位、核心信息、上市节奏及传播策略。
• Manage end-to-end product launch planning including positioning, messaging, and launch timeline.
• 协调产品、销售、公关、设计等跨部门资源，推动产品上市与市场推广。
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
2. 市场推广与用户增长
Marketing Campaigns & Demand Generation
• 负责美国市场线上线下营销推广，包括SEO/SEM、社交媒体、内容营销及广告投放。
• Drive digital marketing including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid media.
• 参与重要行业展会及线下活动（如CES等），提升品牌曝光与产品销量。
• Organize and participate in key industry events (e.g., CES) to increase brand awareness and sales.
• 与销售团队协作，开发销售支持材料及推广工具。
• Develop marketing materials and sales enablement tools to support the sales team.
3. 品牌建设与市场洞察
Brand Development & Market Insights
• 建立并提升品牌在美国AI硬件及消费电子市场的影响力。
• Strengthen brand presence in the U.S. AI hardware and consumer technology market.
• 跟踪行业趋势、竞争对手策略及用户需求，持续优化营销策略。
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to optimize marketing strategies.
• 定期输出市场分析报告，评估品牌影响力与营销ROI。
• Provide market insights and analyze key marketing metrics including ROI.
任职要求 Qualifications
• 5年以上美国市场科技硬件 / AI / IoT / 消费电子行业品牌或产品营销经验。
• 5+ years of marketing or brand management experience in the U.S. technology or consumer electronics industry.
• 具备完整的产品上市（GTM）经验，有成功案例优先。
• Proven experience leading product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• 熟悉美国市场数字营销及线下行业活动。
• Strong experience in digital marketing and industry events.
• 中英文流利（华语沟通能力必须），可与中国总部团队高效协作。
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Chinese language capability required for collaboration with headquarters.
• 教育背景：211 / 985高校或美国知名大学本科及以上学历。
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from 211/985 universities or top U.S. universities preferred.
