They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the hiring process, from interview coordination to sourcing and screening candidates, while optimizing workflows using AI tools. Responsibilities - Interview Coordination: Orchestrate complex interview loops across various time zones, ensuring a white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers - Candidate Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and excited about Artera at every stage - Process & Document Management: Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), create high-quality job descriptions, and manage offer letter generation with 100% accuracy - AI Optimization: Proactively identify and implement AI-driven workflows (e.g., automated scheduling, AI note-taking, or LLM-assisted communications) to increase team velocity - Future Growth (Sourcing & Screening): Transition into identifying top-tier talent through creative sourcing strategies and conducting initial phone screens to assess culture and skill fit Skills - Applicants must be currently authorized and have the ability to provide proof of full-time, long-term authorization to work in the United States - Detail Obsession: You have a 'measure twice, cut once' mentality. You catch the small errors in documents before they reach a candidate - Communication Mastery: You can pivot your tone from professional and polished to warm and welcoming, whether in Slack, email, or over the phone - AI Literacy: You aren't just aware of AI; you use it. You should be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, or specialized recruiting AI to draft content and manage tasks - Data Driven: Experience pulling reports from an ATS to show funnel metrics (e.g., time-to-hire or pass-through rates) - Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a 'we-over-me' environment and enjoy partnering with busy hiring managers to solve scheduling puzzles - Adaptability: You are comfortable with the ambiguity of a growing company and are excited to take on more recruiting responsibilities as you grow - Hybrid Collaboration: You thrive in a dynamic environment; you are energized by in-office collaboration 3 - 4 days a week at our Santa Barbara HQ while maintaining high productivity and seamless communication during remote days - Technical Sourcing: Experience finding niche engineering or product talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, or specialized sourcing platforms - Artera Tooling: Experience utilizing the tooling we use at Artera or similar products, ie.
