Essential Responsibilities:
This position plans, coordinates, and executes all sales efforts to achieve maximum market share, while maintaining a professional relationship with each customer.

- Be the voice of the customer for the assigned accounts with the goal of fostering both revenues and customer satisfaction.
- Own the entire technical sales process, from cradle to grave with specific attention to:
- Meeting with leads and prospects to identify their needs, demo our devices and propose solutions to ensure a smooth sales process
- Servicing existing accounts, obtain orders, and proactively look for new accounts
- Developing proposals and submit quotes through computer software
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of product.
- Meet sales revenue goals
- May need to research and execute on local requirements for government sales.
- Support marketing by participating in trade shows and maintaining a CRM database of leads.
- Work with third party distributors to force multiply in designated market or territory.
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups and other speaking engagements.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or science degree
- 2 to 5 years of technical B2B sale’s experience
- Or in lieu of degree, 9 years of technical B2B sale’s experience.
- Technician Certified Training via CEIA USA withing 1 year of hire at CEIA USA
- Working knowledge: Difference in a WTMD, OPENGATE, Ferromagnetic Detector and Hand Wands.
- General knowledge: Understand active detection vs passive detection.
- Thorough knowledge: What model of detector is applicable to general security, high security and focused security (electronic detection, flammable liquid detection etc.)
- Preferably Engineer trained within CEIA USA within 18- 24 months of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of Company’s products.
- Previous experience in relevant industry.
- Must be self-directed, motivated and have the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of customers and market is required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport. Must be able to travel.
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic fundamentals is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Clear communication skills with the ability to convert technical concepts into a value proposition for clients
Working Conditions
This job operates primarily in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position requires up to 50-85% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight. Travel is both domestic and international.
