Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of quality processes throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of AI algorithms and software to identify and resolve any issues or defects. Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to evaluate and improve the performance and reliability of our AI software. Monitor and report on the quality metrics of our AI software products, providing regular updates to senior management. Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our AI solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in AI and quality assurance, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the team by providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers. Communicate with external partners and customers to address any quality-related concerns or feedback. Participate in the development of new AI software products, providing quality assurance expertise and guidance. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures for internal and external use.
