An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Wealth Management and as a Trust Manager in the Health and Personal Injury Team, you will be making financial decisions for people who cannot do so for themselves due to catastrophic injury or lack of capacity.
The purpose of the role is to make sound financial decisions and foster deep, lifelong relationships with clients and their support network, whilst administering client accounts efficiently and in line with business and compliance guidelines
About the Role
Join our dynamic team in Trustee Service as a Trust Manager you will:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients so that client needs are effectively managed
- Ensure accounts are administered efficiently effectively and in line with legislative and compliance guidelines
- Achieve referrals and retention opportunities through active client management and engagement
- Act as the point of contact for clients and provide timely and accurate support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in meeting the needs of these clients
- Actively contribute to the attainment of high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
- Support the team to ensure service deliverables are met
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. An ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- Comfortable dealing with clients with a disability and who have complex needs and comfortable working in a team
- Resilient, have a client centric mindset, exercise good judgment and are able to manage competing tasks
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a role where you have managed client relationships. Working in a Social Care, Trustee, Financial Services or Legal environment is desirable, but not essential
- Good attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities
