**Job Summary**
As a Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of wellness services & programs to potential customers. You'll deliver exceptional customer support, addressing queries, and providing product information to ensure sales. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and curiosity will drive you to continuously improve sales strategies and exceed targets.
**Responsibilities**
* Promote and sell our diverse range of wellness services & programs to potential customers
* Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing queries, and providing product information to ensure sales
* Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity to continuously improve sales strategies
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
**Requirements**
* Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience
* Graduate in any stream
* Excellent English communication skills in written and verbal
* Strong negotiation skills to navigate various customer needs and preferences
* Proficiency in content writing, drafting emails, Canva, ChatGPT, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and WhatsApp marketing
* Reliable laptop with a stable internet connection
* Dedicated workspace conducive to focused work
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the wellness industry or a related field
* Knowledge of breathwork, meditation, or yoga
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 1.5 lac to Rs. 3.0 lac per year (full-time) or Rs. 1.0 lac to Rs. 1.5 lac per year (part-time)
