Trade Lawyer Needed – IEEPA Tariff Dispute (Contingency Basis) We are seeking an experienced international trade attorney to represent us in disputing tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). We are open to contingency fee arrangements for the right counsel. About the Opportunity: We are a specialized supplier of premium tactical communications equipment serving defense, law enforcement, and enterprise security markets. Recent tariff actions under IEEPA have created significant financial exposure for our business, and we believe there are strong grounds to challenge the application of these tariffs to our product categories.
