This means that your hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded, paving the way for a fulfilling and successful career. **What You'll Do in This Role** As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you will: * Provide exceptional customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. * Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise. * Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. * Develop a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. * Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred. * Offer additional products and/or services to customers, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience. * Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, exceeding customer expectations and building long-lasting relationships. **Your Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. * 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing top-notch support. * Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. * Technical support experience is preferred, but not required. * A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge. * A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection. * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and come to a resolution. * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing. * High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence. **What's In It for You** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our team members to aid in their career path and personal development.
