We are looking for an experienced BI / Data Analytics professional with a strong background in building and leading data-driven solutions. In this role, you will combine hands-on expertise in data warehousing, SQL, and BI tools with the ability to guide a team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders. This position requires both technical depth and strong communication skills to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and effectively supports decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities - Lead the BI analysts team: distribute tasks, monitor deadlines, support career and professional development. - Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders (business units, product, finance, operations), identify their needs, clarify and formalize requirements for reporting and analytics. - Own and develop the user layer of the data warehouse: marts and business layer, ensure consistency and "single source of truth" for business users. - Minimize duplication of reports and metrics: introduce and enforce naming standards, KPI backlog, report and metadata catalog, monitor their relevance. - Organize and manage the process of accepting requests for reports and analytics, as well as prioritization within the business plan. - Monitor the quality and stability of reporting: send alerts, investigate incidents, participate in discussions of SLA and BI report metrics. Requirements - Experience in BI / analytics / data warehouse from 5 years, including at least 1 year as Team Lead. - Understanding of data warehouse and marts architecture, experience with cloud or enterprise DW (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery). - Strong SQL skills, experience with marts modeling, semantic models (dbt or analogs), and data preparation for BI tools. - Ability to structure and communicate with business stakeholders: set goals, discuss hypotheses, identify root-cause metrics, and explain data limitations. - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio / Qlik (Power BI preferred). - Experience in maintaining metric and report catalogs, requirement management tools, and backlog processes. - Good level of English (Intermediate or higher) for interaction with international teams.
