Talent & Influencer Partnerships Specialist

Location: Santa Monica, CA, USA Join the Hulu team as a Talent & Influencer Partnerships Specialist, where you will play a key role in executing influencer and celebrity partnerships that drive awareness and engagement for our brand. As a member of our Social Media & Influencer Partnerships team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative campaigns that showcase Hulu's unique content and values. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for entertainment, social media, and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute influencer and celebrity partnership campaigns that align with Hulu's brand and content priorities Collaborate with external agencies to deliver best-in-class influencer and celebrity media campaigns Manage relationships with talent and influencer partners, ensuring effective communication and project execution Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Social, Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Talent Relations, Social Insights, and Legal Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns Develop presentations and stakeholder updates to communicate campaign status and performance Requirements: 2+ years of experience in entertainment, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or talent relations Strong understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platforms, trends, and consumer behavior Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Bachelor's degree in a related field Proficient in Google Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and social media tools such as CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, and/or Tribe Dynamics What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $58,700 - $78,600 per year Opportunity to work with a leading premium streaming service Collaborative and dynamic work environment Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits Professional development opportunities and growth potential Apply Now to join our team and be a part of shaping the future of entertainment!
