Sr. Business Systems & Automation Specialist (HubSpot) - Remote

• This is ahands-on individual contributor rolefor someone who loves building smart systems, automating complexity, and turning messy data into clear, actionable insight.
About the Role
• You’ll own and evolve an enterprise-level HubSpot environment while designing automations and integrations across Airtable, Zapier, Make, APIs, and other business platforms.
• You won’t be managing people — you’ll be managingsystems that scale.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Own and administer HubSpot at an enterprise level across multiple pipelines and teams.
• Design advanced workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and deal logic.
• Ensure CRM data structure, hygiene, and governance best practices.
• Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and custom reports for leadership.
• Design and maintain automations using Zapier and Make.
• Integrate HubSpot with Airtable, LMS, finance, marketing, telephony, and other systems.
• Replace manual processes with scalable, automated workflows.
• Design Airtable bases, relational data structures, views, and dashboards.
• Build executive-level reporting and real-time performance visibility.
• Work with APIs where native integrations don’t exist.
• Document system logic and integrations for long-term maintainability.

• Enterprise-level HubSpot experience (multi-pipeline, advanced workflows, reporting).
• Strong Airtable experience (relational databases, interfaces, automations).
• Proven hands-on experience with Zapier and Make.
• Experience building complex system integrations.
• Comfortable working with APIs (REST, webhooks, authentication).
• Background in SaaS, education, training, RevOps, or multi-brand environments is a plus.
