URGENT HIRING: Senior QA Tester (Permanent Remote Position)
Work Setup:
- Brisbane Time-zone (10 AM – 6 PM AEST)
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday
- Full-Time | 6 months contractual

About the Role
We are hiring for one of our Australian clients who is looking for a detail-oriented Senior QA Tester with strong experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, identifying defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a high preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and application systems
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
- Perform API testing and validate system integrations
- Maintain and update test documentation and reports
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and improve testing efficiency
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA strategy discussions
Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM testing)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, or similar)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with performance testing concepts
- Experience working in agile environments
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience working with Claude.
Nice to Have:
- Experience testing enterprise-level or business applications
