Industrial Site / Civil Engineer
Hybrid | Multiple U.S. Locations | ~$68–$75/hr (~ 150k+ base) DOE
We’re partnering with a leading EPC/A&E organization supporting complex industrial and manufacturing facilities across the U.S. We’re seeking an Industrial Site / Civil Engineer who enjoys challenging site work, multi-disciplinary teamwork, and seeing designs through construction.
This role offers meaningful project work, a stable pipeline, and flexibility across a nationwide network of offices.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll support site/civil design for major industrial campuses and facilities, including:
• Site planning, grading, and earthwork balancing
• Stormwater management and drainage design
• Erosion & sediment control plans
• Utility routing: storm, sanitary, domestic/fire water
• Roadways, truck courts, parking and heavy-use pavements
• Hydrology analysis and storm drain system design
• Construction drawings, specs, and calculations
• Coordination with architectural, structural, mechanical, and process teams
• Support during permitting and construction (RFIs, submittals, field questions)
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related)
• ~ 7+ years preferred in site/civil design (industrial or large land development ideal)
• Proficiency with:
• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Stormwater/hydrology tools (StormCAD, Hydraflow, PondPack, CivilStorm, etc.)
• Experience preparing full plan sets and technical reports
• Strong coordination and communication skills working across disciplines PE license strongly preferred — not required.
Candidates should be able (and motivated) to obtain licensure if not already licensed.
Compensation & Structure
• Estimated pay range: ~$68–$75/hr (DOE)
• Recent hires on this team landed at ~$72–$73/hr
• Preferred hiring method: Contract-to-Hire
• Direct Hire may be available depending on candidate and timing
• Overtime: May be available based on project workload
• During contract: Benefits available through Selectek (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
• Upon FTE conversion: Full client benefits package (bonuses, health, PTO, holidays, etc.)
Work Model & Locations
• Hybrid (typically 2 days in office / 3 days REMOTE per week)
• Ability to sit in any major U.S. office within the company’s network The firm maintains 200+ offices nationwide, offering excellent flexibility.
• Occasional short site visits Remote may be considered case-by-case for strong candidates.
