About the position As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and guiding a team of baristas. Requirements 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. , Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction. , Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees. , Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. , Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
