Senior Salesforce Administrator Location: Phoenix, AZ | New Haven, CT | Berlin, CT (On-site) Role Type: Full-Time / Production Support & Evolution The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Production Support Administrator to serve as the technical backbone of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you aren’t just maintaining a system; you are empowering a global workforce by ensuring our platform is scalable, friction-free, and high-performing. As a "Hybrid" expert, you will bridge the gap between standard configuration and custom development, providing critical oversight for automation, integrations, and complex system architecture. Key Responsibilities • System Stewardship: Lead the day-to-day stability of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Diagnose and resolve high-priority incidents with minimal downtime. • Solution Design: Collaborate with project leads to assess CRM requirements and design scalable solutions that align with business objectives. • Technical Oversight: Supervise and implement modifications involving Apex and JavaScript. Perform root-cause analysis on automation breakdowns and partner with developers on code-level fixes. • Data & Governance: Own Data Model Governance, ensuring all changes adhere to strict change-management standards and best practices. • Process Optimization: Identify "bottlenecks" in current business processes and design custom objects, fields, and advanced reporting/dashboards to solve them. • Collaboration: Act as a bridge between local stakeholders and offshore technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery. What You Bring • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce Administration experience with a portfolio of successful project implementations. • Technical Depth: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture. Experience with CI/CD and integration tools like Dell Boomi is a strong advantage. • Hybrid Capability: Proficient in declarative features but comfortable working with Apex and JavaScript to supervise or assist in technical modifications. • Industry Knowledge: Experience within Human Resources Management environments is preferred. • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is required. • Compliance: Must have valid US Work Authorization (Sponsorship is not available for this role).
