Job Summary: Reporting to a Sales Strategy Manager, you'll be a key partner to sales leaders and cross-functional teams worldwide - turning data into strategy and strategy into action. This is a highly collaborative, globally-scoped role: you'll work across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to define initiatives that move the needle on rep productivity and revenue growth. In this role you'll get to: Analysis & Insights • Own the data for your business area - building the SQL expertise, models, and reporting that make you the go-to expert for your stakeholders • Surface trends, risks, and opportunities through rigorous analysis, translating complex data into clear recommendations that inform leadership decisions globally • Deliver timely performance reporting across all levels of the GTM organization and track how initiatives land in the field • Drive ad hoc analysis that keeps strategy ahead of the curve Strategy & Execution • Shape and prioritize strategic initiatives - from insight to recommendation to execution • Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to scope requirements, align stakeholders and drive projects to completion • Own the quality, organization and maintenance of assets across centralized repositories, keeping content sharp and accessible for reps worldwide Sales Enablement & Communication • Present strategy, progress and best practices directly to sales teams and senior leadership - you'll have a real audience and real influence • Conduct empathy interviews with reps to understand their needs, gather feedback and spot opportunities that data alone can't reveal We are looking for people who: Core Requirements: • Have 4+ years of professional experience in sales operations, strategy, program management, product management, or related fields • Are highly analytical with the ability to leverage data into actionable insights and strong project/program management skills • Are excellent communicators who can present effectively, document requirements clearly, and collect and synthesize user feedback • Have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn new tools quickly • Are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior stakeholders • Have proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, presentation tools, and understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering Nice to Have: • Familiarity with BI applications (Looker, Tableau) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) • Experience with demo delivery, creation, demo strategy, or sales enablement content Pay & Benefits The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
