Senior RPA Business Analyst Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Business Analyst Consultant to join our team, with a strong background in business analysis and RPA project implementation. The ideal candidate will have around 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience in RPA projects. As a Senior RPA Business Analyst Consultant, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to generate business requirements documentation, identifying scope, benefits, restrictions, and risks associated with RPA automation projects, and developing a detailed end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation. You will also be responsible for creating process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams, facilitating requirements-gathering workshops, and delivering critical business analysis artifacts. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Business Process Owners and Process Excellence Team members to identify impacted processes and business needs Developing a business case and return on investment for RPA projects Supporting requirements analysis and formulating specifications for impacted systems Assisting with the design, documentation, and upkeep of system procedures Identifying and supporting solution designs for production challenges and enhancements Adopting Agile delivery methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment Understanding of various software development approaches and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design Ability to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges Strong technical capabilities and a desire to remain up-to-date with current technologies Excellent team collaboration and communication skills Key skills required for this role include RPA, Business Analysis, and Process Ownership.
