Senior Program Management Specialist | Integrated Product Team Lead

Join Our Team and Drive Success in Aerospace and Defense We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Management Specialist to lead our Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the development and delivery of high-reliability electronic unit hardware. As a key member of our Space Electronics Products Team, you will oversee cross-organizational projects, manage a portfolio of medium-sized projects, and drive program execution to achieve our organizational goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct phases of cross-organizational projects with oversight and management responsibility for a portfolio of medium-size projects Develop program organizational structures, work plans, and top-level program and execution plans Facilitate the resolution of program issues and support program managers in leading program execution Coordinate program metrics and integrate the implementation of Program Management Best Practices Identify key stakeholder requirements and objectives, and develop integrated cost, schedule, technical, and risk management plans Maintain Earned Value baselines, Estimates at Completion, and Weekly status & Variances to Plan Lead planning efforts to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives Define required resources and build cross-functional unit-level teams to execute electronic units design, development, and delivery Perform unit sell-offs, project close-out, and culminating with lessons learned for incorporation into future project plans and unit hardware roadmaps Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher 5+ years' experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools 5+ years' experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) using Earned Value Management (EVM) 5+ years' experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion 5+ years' experience in a production environment Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years' experience working with high-reliability electronics Experience with product development, test planning, and/or design work Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) Certification What We Offer: Competitive salary: $146,200 - $197,800 Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and retirement savings plans Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative industry A collaborative and inclusive work environment with a team of experienced professionals How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced program management specialist looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, through our website.
